Returns - Refund Policy

All Purchases are subject to one of the following: Store credit, Replacement, Exchanges and/or Refund plus $7 restocking fee.

All items marked as "Sale" at the time of purchase are defined as Final Sale items. Final sale items are not refundable, replaceable nor exchangeable.

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to contact The Lavish Essentials by sending a request via email. Below are the following general guidelines: 

* Unused- Bath and Body products are subjected to refund (plus $7 restocking fee), replacement and/or exchange. 

* Crystals are natural earth elements thus imperfections are expected they are Final Sale. Store credit or replacement if they arrive broken due to mail.

* Unused/Undamaged - Lavish Collection are subjected to refund (plus $7 restocking fee), replacement and/or exchange. 

* Unused/Undamaged - Smudges, Incenses, and Candles are subjected to refund (plus $7 restocking fee), replacement and/or exchange. 

- Unused - seal not broken on the packaging

- Undamaged - items damaged not from the mail service.

- Replacements are defined as order where items delivered were incorrect

* All packed orders are recorded for quality assurance. 

* Customer is responsible for return labels.

We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to irregular or excessive returns history, used or damage products, and potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
