Understanding the Elements

On my healing journey, I found it beneficial to understand the 4 physical world elements and that each of them are connected. Traditionally these elements were hierarchical: Spirit, fire, air, water and earth. Spirit being the most important but also non-physical. In more modern practices all 5 of these elements are viewed as equal and are a necessary part of life.

People are elemental. We are made up of oxygen, water, nitrogen, and sodium just name a short few. When we focus on Earth, Water, Fire and Air these 4 elements everyone needs in their daily lives. We took our boutique a step further by having all these elements essentials be part of assisting a person with balancing their mind, body and spirit health. 

Our boutique categories are built of around these alchemy elements to rest and recover. #SelfLove, #SelfCare,#TreatYourself. Our tagline, "Balance your Elements," was developed as a reminder these 5 elements are equal and essential to rejuvenation.

Spirit is a bridge between the body and the soul. It also goes by the name quintessence, which is Latin for "fifth element." One of the most powerful elements in the universe is the spirit. It can not be manipulated or destroyed. It exists within all of the elements.
